Responsibilities:

• Provide field service support (20-30%) including installation, configuration, and calibration of semiconductor robots at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues; perform repairs and part replacements.
• Conduct bench repair (70-80%) involving diagnostics, disassembly, cleaning, parts replacement, reassembly, and testing of returned robot units and components.
• Maintain accurate repair and service records and submit detailed technical service reports.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Provide basic technical training and operational guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams at Japan HQ for escalated technical support and product improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Experience in semiconductor industry is an advantage
• Entry level are welcomed
• Willingness to work on-site and perform hands-on repairs.
