Responsibilities:

• Prepare material submissions and present
• Prepare and collate material paperwork submissions
• Chase and follow up to get approvals for material ordering
• Arrange with factories on material production
• Liaise with internal team members
• Attend meetings with seniors and work together to follow up on project needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• No experience required for junior role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working Hours: : 5.5 days work week, Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 1pm

Working Location: Tagore Lane or other assigned site locations.
