Job Requirement
- To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule
- To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers
- Ensuring that the system under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%
- Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned
- Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery
- Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services
- Maintain customers install base records
- Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions
- Troubleshooting of technical issue
- Servicing and repairing
- Completion of task assigned successfully
Job Requirement
- At least Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in related industry
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (MSOffice/CAD/Basic programming etc.)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Valid Class 3 Driving License is required
- Able to work with people at all level
- Able to work independently and under tight timeline
- Proactive to update & follow up on progress of tasks
