Key requirements:
- Participate in New Product Initiative technology transfer to site.
- Assist Manager to lead the C&Q phases of the projects, project close-out, and hand-over to end-user.
- Coordinate end-user technical queries related to bioprocessing equipment.
- Work with client end-users to develop CAPEX plan with estimated capital expenses.
- Define the project scope and lead feasibility study, concept design, basic design, detailed design phases and manage budget of approved projects.
- Manage the onsite contractors and ensure safe work delivery of the agreed quality, costs and schedule.
- Support the project team on audit / inspection readiness.
Key requirements:
- Degree in relevant engineering subject areas.
- Proven local experience in the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical facilities in Singapore.
- Possess in-depth understanding of process equipment design and operation in biomanufacturing.
- Strong project management skills, written and oral communication skills.
