- Organize and plan project execution with customers.
- Manage sites for complex transformer service projects.
- Educate and mentor junior colleagues.
- Support customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct testing and measurement for power transformers.
- Estimate work execution steps and timelines for input into offers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service and testing/measurement for power transformers.
- Strong knowledge of transformer theory, components, and functioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to estimate work execution steps and timelines for input into offers.
- Class 3 driving license
