Position: Associate Engineer - Facilities

Working Location: Woodland

Working Hours: Rotating Shift (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)

Salary: $2400 - $3400

Shift Allowance: $12 day shift, $28 night shift

Job Description:

• Carry out regular inspections and random checks on building systems including the central chiller, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, compressors, BMS, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
• Handle facility-related tasks and M&E installations; coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair activities
• Support production operations by assisting with equipment setup, including power connections, CDA, vacuum, PCW, exhaust systems, and other necessary installations on the production floor
• Perform internal maintenance for HVAC systems such as cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, FFUs, and handle tasks like filter cleaning/replacement and strainer servicing

Requirement:

- NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Facilities / CEE or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience
- Working knowledge in cleanroom environment is preferred
- Able to commit to rotating 12-hr day / night shift
- Entry level candidates are welcome
