Position: Associate Engineer - Test Equipment (NPI)

Working Location: Woodland

Working Hours: Permanent Day or Night Shift (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)

Salary: $2400 - $3400

Shift Allowance: $12 day shift, $28 night shift

Job Description:

• Lead seamless production handovers by coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners
• Build and sustain effective communication frameworks to handle shifting priorities within New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
• Oversee the setup of consigned equipment, resolve test configuration issues, and manage procurement of tooling and spare parts, including supplier coordination
• Conduct product evaluations to ensure supplier adherence to established quality benchmarks

Requirements:

- Holds a Diploma or Degree in mechanical/electronics/electrical or any Engineering field
- Preferably 2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Observant, team-player, able to work under minimal guidance
