Responsibilities:

• Ensure process safety updates and manage Safety Case documentation.
• Oversee ESH budget, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead risk assessments, EAI evaluations, and incident investigations.
• Maintain the legal register and handle licensing with relevant authorities.
• Plan and manage ESH-related assessments (e.g. stack emissions, noise, health).
• Oversee ESH training programs and staff competency development.
• Review and update ESH procedures and SOPs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on ESH matters.
• Support major plant shutdown activities.
• Perform other ESH-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years of ESH Manager experience in manufacturing or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SS651.
• Certified in WSH Level C, WAH Assessor, BizSafe Level 2, Confined Space Assessor.
• Experience in risk/EAI assessments, vendor management, and ISO systems.
