Requirements

1. Knowledge in Singapore Building Electrical Project & Construction Project.
2. preferably 3 to 5 years Working Experience in Singapore Building Electrical Engineering & construction electrical engineering.
3. Proficiency in using electrical design software - Autocad & Microsoft Office.
4. Minimum : Degree Holder

Responsibilities

1. Design and Draft M&E system drawings according to specification including Electrical System (layout plan, section & elevation, details, single-line, and drawings)
2. To Conduct submission of drawings, technical material & equipment to consultants, clients and authority for Approval
3. To submit applications to EMA,SPG,SPPG and TURN ON POWER SUPPLY and all authority
4. To prepare Shop & As-Build Drawing for Submission using AutoCad
5. Understand specifications to take off the quantities for tendering, preparing Bill of Quantities and filling the price for tendering
6. To prepare Progress claim
7. To arrange Handover documents to Client
8. Preparation and Submission of Variation Order/claim
9. Site visit with site engineer for checking drawing's design point and location if it is require
10. Calculation of Tender Estimate (QS)
11. To prepare for Design Of Shop, Section, Detailing and As-Built Drawings
12. To coordinate on Site Meeting
13. Other duties as assigned
