Description:

This position is to join Design Engineering Software (DES)' partner management team with a focus on managing a network of hardware and software technology partners which enable and/or extend the reach of Keysight's portfolio of DES products. Keysight's DES software portfolio is very broad, spanning high-frequency Electronic Desighn Automation (EDA), mechanical computer-aided engineering (CAE) and includes products for data management and software test automation. By managing a large network of technology partners, you will be responsible for enabling new capabilities within DES, and ensuring our R&D and product management teams are able to access the leading edge hardware and software technologies that will further enhance DES products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key technology partners
• Negotiate agreements such as NDAs, royalty, and OEM contracts
• Work with DES operations and finance to aggregate and create royalty reports
• Attend relevant industry events and trade-shows
• Brief DES management on the status of specific partnerships
• Manage software license exchange agreements with key technology partners

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in a technical or business field, MBA or graduate degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales
• Experience working with design engineering software or enterprise software workflows
• Understanding of hardware platforms such as cloud HPC or GPU
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with C-level management
• Ability to work across functions and influence key stakeholders
• Proven project management experience
• Mastery of Microsoft products (Excel, Teams, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
