Job type: Full Time, based in Singapore (UTown, NUS)
Assignment overview:
An instrumental role in leading CNRS@CREATE projects and initiatives from ideation through to completion, which requires interaction with a range of stakeholders (international, academics, companies) and a scientific background.
The current portfolio of CNRS@CREATE projects and initiatives involve the 6 Singaporean autonomous Universities and ASTAR and more than 20 academic partners in France.
Employee Duties & Responsibilities
- Assume the role of the project's focal point for every project or initiative
- Manage large and diverse teams
- Liaise with the Partners in Singapore and France
- Facilitate and coordinate communication between all the stakeholders
- Set up/improve and pilot processes and approaches where necessary
- Ensure the meeting of deadlines
- Be proactive in suggesting ideas for internal and outreach events, in Singapore and France
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Create and develop new supports for communications (French and English): program presentation, infographics, kakemonos, slides, website pages...
- Updating and managing the websites and social media feeds
- Conduct technical demonstrations when needed
- Publishing CNRS@CREATE Newsletter every 2-3 months
- Creating and maintaining professional networks (CREATE entities, ...)
- Keeping a close contact with the Communications and IT team from CNRS HQ
Skills and Knowledge
- Candidates are expected to have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in the French Language will be advantageous for coordination works with French counterparts (including CNRS HQ) and organizing outreach and scientific events in France
- Strong knowledge of the Research Ecosystems of Singapore and France.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and communication tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud...)
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Capacity to manage high-stress situations
- Leadership skills
- Big-picture thinking and vision
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing, persistent and flexible
- Interest and curiosity in scientific and technical subjects.

General requirements
- Studies:
Master's degree in science or from an engineering school,
Master's degree in political science, communication or from a business or administration school,
- Travel required: Occasionally
- Working hours: 5 days work week (1 day worked from home is possible)
- Contract: one year, renewable
- Salary range: monthly from S$5,500 to S$7500 based on CV/experience
- Starting date: 1st November 2025
