⏳ Duration of Service

• Contract Period: 1 August 2025 - 31 July 2026
• ➕ Option to Extend: 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2027

Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Thursdays: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Notes:
  No service required on Sundays or gazetted public holidays.
  Occasional Saturdays for school events.

Objective

Deploy a competent AV Technician to:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Provide technical support for school events and daily operations.

Scope of Services

Audio Visual Operations:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Support lighting, audio, and video needs for events.
• Assist staff with AV setups for lessons, meetings, and events.
• Record and edit videos for school events and lessons.
• Manage and maintain school digital signages.

AV Procurement:

• Assist with procurement processes for AV solutions.
• Recommend new AV equipment purchases.

Resource Management:

• Manage AV inventory and resource loans.
• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of AV equipment maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors for AV repairs.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Video editing and creation.
• Assist with photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Develop user guides for AV setups.
• Any other tasks assigned by the school.

‍ Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably a Diploma holder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in a school environment).
• Proficiency in handling AV systems and equipment.
• Skilled in audio/video editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Reaper, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
