Ø To report to Operations Manager and Director.

Ø To handle all logistic (delivery / collection) matters.

Ø To conduct discussions with customers to identify their requirements and designing solutions that best meets their needs. Solutions would include mobile data plan and rental.

Ø To design solutions and assist in preparing responses to Tenders/RFPs/Proposals and providing effective responses to technical clarifications.

Ø To provide business case analysis to support pricing proposals and escalations.

Ø To escalate pre-sales technical issues to internal stakeholders, equipment principals or 3rd party vendors.

Ø To provide technical support to Sales team so as to enable meeting total sales target.

Ø To collate customer's feedback / requirements for the product management team to improve the services offered.

Ø To support seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations, and organize knowledge briefing sessions.

Ø To continuously improve work related knowledge

Ø To assume ad-hoc assignments
