Requirements
- Work on local and overseas sustainability related projects
- Manage and lead clients, project teams and various stake holders toward a more environmentally sustainable design
- Coordinate with clients, project teams and various stake holders for collection and compilation of data, calculation, verification, ratings submission, etc
- Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in M&E, building services, sustainability or related engineering field
- At least 2 years of professional ESD experience for Senior position
- Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems
- Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently
- Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Must have initiative and possess desire to learn
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
