Job Description

• Leading the planning, design, and management of civil infrastructure and building projects.
• Preparing BIM/CAD drawings and technical documentation to support project tenders and construction.
• Overseeing the BIM documentation filing system and ensuring timely, accurate e-submissions to local authorities.
• Collaborating with agencies, consultants, and internal teams from concept through to project completion.
• Championing sustainable design initiatives - integrating green building principles that account for climate, ecology, and energy efficiency.
• Driving the in-house implementation of digital solutions like BIM and IDD (Integrated Digital Delivery).
• Leading and mentoring a team of BIM drafters to enhance technical capabilities and ensure design excellence.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit.
• Hands-on experience with e-BIM submissions and digital documentation systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in BIM-related planning/design for infrastructure and sub-utilities (e.g., drainage, sewerage).
• Familiarity with Singapore Green Mark, planning regulations, and CORENET eSubmission system is a plus.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a strong desire to contribute to infrastructure projects.
