Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of products including printers and cutting plotters.
• Provide technical support to Mimaki dealers and customers on company products.
• Attend to customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct technical training for overseas dealers on company products.
• Record and submit all service data and reports accurately and timely.
• Manage logistics-related tasks including spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre-sales activities such as sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 year of related working experience, preferably in printer-related roles.
• Possess valid Class 2/3 driving license is an advantage.
• Prior work experience in the same industry (dealer or manufacturer) is a plus.
