Job Scope:

• Inspection & Maintenance
  Perform regular inspection, testing, and servicing of marine fire safety and life-saving equipment (e.g. CO₂ systems, fire extinguishers, breathing apparatus, life rafts, lifeboats) in accordance with SOLAS, IMO, MPA, and flag state regulations.
• Repair & Installation
  Diagnose, repair, and calibrate fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems; replace faulty components and ensure systems are fully functional and compliant with maritime safety standards.
• Documentation & Certification
  Maintain accurate service records, reports, timesheets, and issue certificates of compliance; ensure documentation meets audit and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Support
  Liaise with clients (vessel owners/operators), explain technical findings clearly, and respond to urgent service requests, both locally and at overseas ports or shipyards.
• Safety Compliance
  Ensure all work is conducted in line with Survitec's QHSE protocols and Singapore WSH standards, including conducting risk assessments and adhering to safety measures in confined spaces and at heights.

Job Requirement

• Candidates with Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Fire Safety or other engineering related are welcome to apply.
• Able to carry oxygen tank 1200mm (like diver's tank)
• Able to work under vessel environment (hot & humid)
