Responsibilities:

• Reviewing tender documents and survey data, conducting site visits, preparing RFQs, coordinating with internal departments (engineering, procurement, legal, logistics), and assisting in client and subcontractor negotiations. Post-contract, the engineer supports project kickoff, technical handovers, and initial execution phases, contributing to risk assessments and lessons learned.
• Supporting tendering and early project phases, focusing on developing technical installation solutions, evaluating subcontractors, estimating costs, and preparing documentation for submarine power cable projects.

Requirements:

• Background in submarine cable installation, repair & maintenance or related engineering roles
• Prior experience in proposal preparation, subcontracting, or marine operations
