We're searching for a skilled Engineer (Pump and Chiller Maintenance) to join our project and operations team. This role is crucial for expanding our company's service offerings to customers, leveraging your technical expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing diverse chiller and pump systems for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on various chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, air-cooled, water-cooled) and associated equipment (cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs).
• Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
• Conduct repairs and develop internal training programs focused on replacing faulty components such as compressors, motors, and valves.
• Monitor system performance, interpret readings, and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Execute overhauls and major repairs, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service records and reports.
• Collaborate with the BMS team to optimise chiller plant operations.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the workforce.

• Able to take on other roles like assisting in commissioning new cooling tower installations as required

• Stay updated on the latest industry developments.

Job requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in chiller maintenance, commissioning, or related HVAC. Previous experience with leading HVAC brands like York, Carrier and Trane is a strong advantage.
