HSE Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide HSE and security support to site operations
• Part of Site Safety Steering Team.
• Support achievement of site HSE goals
• Promote and withhold excellent level of site HSE culture.
• Ensure HSE compliance of all site activities including safety supervision of contractors' works.
• Ensure site's compliance with local, corporate and other requirements.
• Implement/organize/and support site HSE activities and initiatives.
• Lead HSE management system audits and inspections.
• Maintain proper HSE documentation and record keeping.
• Support all Risk Management related initiatives such as Risk Assessment, JSA, SWP, PTW, LOTO, etc. Act as Permit Approver as needed.
• Lead/support incident reporting and investigation. Disseminate important HSE learnings.
• Implement/organize HSE training including SIC. Maintain training records.
• Implement/support HSE reporting requirements.
• Support site security operations and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• Familiar with ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651
• Good integrity and high initiative
• Strong communication skills
• MoM accredited WSH Officer
• At least 5 years in HSE management
