The Web Technology Manager leads andcoordinates Convertium's web technology team to deliver best-in-class thinking, planning and execution of digital solutions.

This role requires expansive interest and skills in a broad range of digital technologies, including frontend and backend development, devops, web infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The Web Technology Manager is also involved with solutioning and consulting.

People management and mentoring skills are important. You will be working with a diverse, multi-cultural team of web technologists with both broad and deep skills.

Expect to work on a wide range of clients' industries, including financial services, automotive, education, hospitality, and government. This is a client-facing role.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico)
• Web programming (Java and .NET)
• RESTful (or Web Services or API)
• Client-side scripting and web mark-up (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
• System architecture (hosting, network, hardware and software)
• Software development methodologies and programming best practices, including standards-based coding
• Load testing (e.g. JMeter)
• Code versioning - Git (e.g. BitBucket)
• Coaching and cultivation of team members
• Client partnering
• Good spoken and written English
