Location: Tuas (Transport pick up to/from is provided at Lakeside MRT)

Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 (depends on experience)

Summary:

This role ensures that the company's Quality Management System (QMS) meets industry standards like API Q1 and ISO 9001. Responsibilities include maintaining certifications, conducting audits, managing suppliers, and improving processes to prevent quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Quality Manager
• Manage customer, internal, and supplier audits to ensure compliance.
• Oversee supplier selection, evaluation, and audits.
• Control and update QMS-related documents.
• Develop internal auditor training programs and manage audit schedules.
• Identify and eliminate the root causes of non-conformances in quality.
• Ensure processes align with API Q1 and ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant experience).
• Experience in quality audits, corrective actions, and documentation control.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA methodologies.
• Strong understanding of API Q1 and ISO 9001.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Certification in Quality Management (CQE, CQA, etc.) preferred.
