We are looking for an automation engineer to enhance company operations through the implementation of Automation, Analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive innovation, streamline processes, and improve decision-making through data.

• Salary Package: Up to $6,000 (basic)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to scope and develop end-to-end Automation/Analytics/AI use cases.
• Design, build, and maintain analytical models and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Python, and Qlik Sense.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) with SQL, Excel, and other tools.
• Leverage data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models.
• Deploy automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Office Scripts to streamline business workflows.
• Support the development of in-house analytics capabilities and productionize solutions on platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI.

What You'll Be Working On

• Automating processing of system reports and archiving in SharePoint/Teams.
• Developing GenAI-powered email enquiry services.
• Automating workflows triggered by Microsoft Forms submissions.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing Automation/Analytics/AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Qlik Sense, Python, SQL, Power Automate, and Office Scripts.
• Familiarity with Azure AI and workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
