Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To support Sales Team in pre and post sales product and system design
• To provide technical support on system programming and calibration
• To perform and provide support on product demonstrations

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or SAE.
• Preferably at least 2 years' experience in ProAudio systems.
• Knowledge of Audio Visual / Electrical / Mechanical / IT is preferred.
• Software knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Software knowledge of CAD preferred (eg. AutoCAD / BricsCAD / SketchUp).
• Possessing a Class 3 vehicle driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong customer service and analytical skills.
• Team player and can work independently.
• Drive to exceed expectations and to deliver excellence.
