As a Technologist, Product Innovation, you will be responsible for managing and operating application laboratory & sensory laborabory in our Global Innovation Center @ Singapore. You will assist & deliver global projects of coating, filling & beverages.

Your kep responsibilities includes:

• Plan and manage required resources to run application & sensory laboratories in Global Innovation Center @ Singapore so as to deliver global innovation projects
• Assist & deliver global projects of coating, filling & beverage
• Assist & collaborate with cross-region and cross-functional teams to deliver global innovation projects of coating, filling and beverage, on-time-in-full
• Engage cross-region and cross-functional key stakeholders to provide required support to deliver the project.

Pre-requisites for position includes:

• Master or PhD degree level in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent, preferably in Food Science & Technology
• Minimal 5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Fluent in English. A second language is a plus.
• A product expert in cocoa based coating, filling and/or beverage category, with good knowledge of product application, formulation, processing and ingredients
• Experienced in sensory science
• Good business acumen
• Good understanding of consumer and customer centric design of product innovation in a B2B business environment. Experience in Food CPG or Retailer product innovation is a bonus
