Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and grade ICT devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop PCs
• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and replace components such as screens, batteries, and hard drives
• Perform secure data erasure according to ISO 27001 standards and issue data-wipe certificates
• Support post-sales processes such as warranty handling and device tracking
• Update inventory records and device status using spreadsheets or internal systems
• Work closely with operations and procurement teams to ensure workflow efficiency
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in the ICT repair industry

Job Requirements

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in device diagnostics, repair, or technical support preferred
• Familiarity with data security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) is an advantage
• Able to use Excel or similar digital tools for tracking and reporting
• A team player with a strong interest in technology and sustainability
• Passion for reducing electronic waste and working in a green tech environment
