Provide technical expertise to support end-to-end project management, from tender estimation, project scoping, sub-contractor selection, drawing submissions, on-site project execution, to testing & commissioning and project handover
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and subcontractor services as per project plan
Supervise and ensure ongoing works on-site are on track according to project schedule
Prepare M&E Combined Service Drawings (CSD) to facilitate effective site coordination with all project stakeholders
Prepare Power Interruption Plan (PIP) for project-related shutdown activities, including effective communication of PIP to all project stakeholders
Preparing project progress reports for director, consultants and clients
Attend site surveys, coordination meetings with consultants, sub-contractors and any relevant authorities
Prepare payment claims and variation orders for project contracts
Provide emergency response for fault tracing and troubleshooting as and when required at client sites
Ensure adherence to and enforce Bizsafe work safety methods, RA, MOS, procedures and policies regarding all site activities

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with working experience in electrical trade.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Basic knowledge in Microsoft Project and CAD will be useful
Able to commit alternate Saturday duties.
