Responsibilities:

• Assist Facility Manager manage day-to-day Operation & Maintenance of client facility.

• Ensure crisp oversight and clear communications with client and team members. Proactively communicate progress, project risks and initiatives to key stakeholders.

• Participate in maintenance work scheduling and management.

• Participate in discussions related to the client's facility.

• Procurement and contract management for all hard/soft services while streamlining operations for efficiency as well as savings that could be returned to client.

• Plan and implement building preventive and maintenance programs, and Mechanical & Electrical plant and equipment maintenance programs.

• Maintain good service level agreements (SLA) & uphold key performance indicators (KPI) identified by client.

• Troubleshoot all facility support technical issues and develop process controls for future prevention of system failures.

• Participate in development and implementation of project management process improvements to increase quality and business partner satisfaction and decrease cost and cycle times.

• Attend to ad hoc service calls.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline OR minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Aptitude in problem-solving under pressure.

• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.

• Basic understanding of facility M&E systems.

• Experience in critical environment (e.g. Data Center/Cleanroom) is a plus.
