JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Perform design and analysis for Civil & Structural engineering works.

• Liaise with other consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to complete of project.

• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients.

• Coordinates and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of projects.

• Pre-tender, tender and contract administration for the Organization's development projects.

• To prepare specifications and documents for the purpose of inviting tenders.

• Evaluate received tenders and provide competitive analysis.

• To prepare the quotations.

• Beside design work, structural inspections of buildings and civil engineering structures are also included.

• Travel outstation for meeting as and when required.

Requirement:

• At least a good diploma/degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.

• Able to use different analysis software's & doing key plan using AutoCAD, ETABS.

• Good project management and communication skill.

• Hardworking, honest, careful, high caliber, fast worker, team work, humble and respectful to others.

• Those with people's skill like managing people, time and resources are highly recommended.

• Those with fire safety work experience may also apply.

• Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience would be considered for Executive Engineer Position.
