Job Requirement:
- Provide first-level support for deployed test fixtures to minimize downtime and reduce customer impact, escalate issues to Engineers/Manager as needed.
- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration on test fixtures and equipment according to the scheduled plan, document and report out-of-tolerance (OOT) conditions for further action.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new test fixtures under the guidance of Manager/Engineers.
- Document and track basic deployment issues, providing clear and accurate data to engineers to support root cause analysis and resolution.
- Follow established test procedures and support the execution of defined test plans, provide feedback on procedure clarity or inconsistencies.
- Support data collection activities by gathering test and operational data, perform basic analysis and communicate findings to engineers.
- Perform test fixture inspections and simple mechanical or electrical repairs, ensuring tools and fixtures are production-ready.
- Assist in maintaining process documentation, including fixture logs, calibration records, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Participate in fixture improvement and process improvement initiatives.
- Support failure analysis and corrective actions.
Job Requirement:
- 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing, test, or engineering support environment.
- Basic knowledge of test equipment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment as required.
- Work shifts or extended hours during critical deployment periods (if applicable).
- Min GCE "N" Level.
