Position: Associate Engineer - Test Equipment

Working Location: Woodland

Working Hours: Permanent Day or Night Shift (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)

Salary: $2400 - $3400

Shift Allowance: $12 day shift, $28 night shift

Job Description:

• Lead the complete lifecycle of new handler buy-offs, including documentation, system configuration, standardization of procedures, matrix management, and change control processes
• Conduct evaluations and capability studies to enhance handler performance in line with production goals and customer expectations, while delivering routine status updates
• Work collaboratively with Engineering and NPI teams to ensure handlers are aligned with design specifications and to proactively address potential integration constraints
• Diagnose and resolve handler-related challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in mechanical/electronics/electrical, or any Engineering field or equivalent
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes and experience with handler systems and integration processes are advantages
- Analytical and problem-solver with good communication skills
