Position: Associate Engineer - Test Maintenance

Working Location: Woodland

Working Hours: Permanent Day or Night Shift (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)

Salary: $2400 - $3400

Shift Allowance: $12 day shift, $28 night shift

Job Description:

• Perform troubleshooting, calibration, repair, and routine maintenance on assigned tester and handler/prober platforms
• Ensure all equipment remains production-ready, operating within target yield and with minimal downtime
• Monitor, record, and report daily equipment downtime to support operational efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area through regular housekeeping activities

Requirements:

- Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Specialized knowledge of equipment, testers, handlers, probers, etc is preferred
- Possess Trouble shooting skills on equipment maintenance and repair
- Possess strong analysis and good teamwork
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to commit to either 12-hr permanent day / night shift
