Position: Associate Engineer - Test Equipment (PM)

Working Location: Woodland

Working Hours: Permanent Day or Night Shift (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)

Salary: $2400 - $3400

Shift Allowance: $12 day shift, $28 night shift

Job Description:

• Execute internal and external calibrations, and define verification standards
• Collaborate with planners to ensure timely and efficient handler releases and swaps
• Monitor and document post-release handler performance to ensure reliability
• Create and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration checklists to reduce equipment downtime
• Oversee daily inventory transitions and manage spare parts stock to support continuous operations
• Work closely with Engineering and NPI teams on process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
• Incorporate improvement actions into scheduled PM and calibration routines
• Implement a streamlined handler release process to support 12/7 production schedules
• Participate in production meetings, resolve equipment issues, and prepare "one-point lessons" to support line maintenance teams

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in mechanical/electronics/electrical, or any Engineering field
- Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience
- Observant, team player, able to work under minimal supervisoon
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
