Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal downtime
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Document all service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate service records
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements or upgrades to reduce failures
• Ensure all service work complies with safety standards and quality requirements
• Support the sales team by providing technical insights and participating in customer discussions

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical service or maintenance role
• Hands-on experience with machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment
