Senior Engineer

Salary Range: $3,500 - $4,000

Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Toh Guan Road

Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, configuration, and support for military and homeland security detection/measurement equipment
• Manage sales product enquiries and provide technical consultation to customers
• Lead post-sales equipment delivery, including setup and user training
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of deployed systems
• Conduct diagnostics, fault analysis, and repair of hardware and software issues
• Prepare and submit basic service and troubleshooting reports
• Provide strong customer support, maintaining long-term client relationships
• Work closely with internal teams to support project fulfillment and ensure technical accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience
• Proficient in IT software installation, hardware configuration, and system troubleshooting
