Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide support on the Automation System. To attend and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems from breakdowns.
• To perform routine preventive maintenance as per scheduled by maintenance planner.
• Responsible to update and create Job Aids as and when is needed.
• Responsible to carry instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Responsible to perform backup and restore machine program.
• To execute work order and record job performed via Maximo System

Requirements

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Control / Automation / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines.
• Candidate with relevant internship experiences maintain PLC systems for manufacturing is welcome to apply.
• Advanced knowledge in SCADA/HMI systems, packaging systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, programming, and modifying PLCs (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, Rockwell RS Logix, B&R automation).
• Skilled in reading and interpreting maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, P&ID diagrams, and electrical schematics to perform servicing, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements.
• Able to perform 12 hours shift work (rotating arrangement).
