EngineeringKey Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Carry out training for internal & external customer.
- Provide support on the operation & use of Makino Products.
- Provide machining process & product recommendations to suit to customer parts.
- Demonstrate machine operation and machine features at trade shows and open house events.
- Perform machine test to demonstrate capability / prove processing concepts.
- Travel to customer place for machine testing & troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical training contents & manual.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in machine tool / stamping tool & die industry.
- Proficient with 3D & 2D CAD design software, like NX, Solidworks, Mastercam, Hypermill, etc.
- Good in Microsoft Office, Savvy in various computer skills.
- Experience in CNC Sinker/Wire EDM operation is preferable
- Willingness to travel up to 20% at times for overseas project.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with mandarin speaking corporates.
