This role involves installing and maintaining GPS tracking systems on a variety of vehicles and equipment - including cars, motorcycles, trucks, and other machinery - enabling remote monitoring of status, location, and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain GPS tracking and telematics equipment.
• Troubleshoot automotive electrical systems and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and test equipment prior to installation.
• Complete accurate installation and service reports.
• Provide clear, timely feedback and updates to supervisors and relevant teams.

Professional Requirements

• Must hold a valid Singapore driver's license (Class 3 preferred) for operating a company vehicle.
• Solid knowledge of technical support processes and systems.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in English - able to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems (similar to experience with car audio or dashcam installations).
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical wiring, circuits, and reading diagrams.
• Proficient in using tools such as multimeters, relays, soldering equipment, and other relevant instruments.

Desirable / Advantageous Skills

• Experience in installing telematics and GPS tracking systems.
• Basic welding skills.
