about the job
You will be responsible for delivering new infrastructure setups for upcoming projects and supporting ongoing changes in BAU systems. The role includes installation and configuration of standard runtime and middleware stacks, advanced troubleshooting, and performance tuning. You'll also provide system administration support for development teams, manage L3 incidents, changes, and problems, and collaborate with internal IT and Security teams to ensure optimal and secure solution delivery.

skills and experience required

• Strong experience in infrastructure setup and middleware configuration
• Proficient in advanced troubleshooting and system performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with runtime environments and middleware stacks (e.g., WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss)
• Background in L3 incident/change/problem management
• Experience supporting application development teams with system configurations
• Solid understanding of IT security and compliance requirements
• Ability to work across functional teams and drive regional standardization initiatives
