Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze failed mechanical parts to find root causes of failure
  • Develop and apply repair procedures for mechanical systems
  • Design technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software
  • Work with technicians during disassembly, inspection, and reassembly
  • Test and validate remanufactured parts to ensure they meet performance standards
  • Help improve remanufacturing processes and procedures
  • Find ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Ensure all work meets military standards (MIL-SPEC)
  • Prepare clear technical reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with OEMs and third-party suppliers to gather technical data and manage obsolete parts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, and analysis
  • Skilled in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  • Familiarity with military vehicles or systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Able to work well with customers, suppliers, and coworkers at all levels
  • Professional, customer-focused, and diplomatic
  • Positive, self-motivated, and "can-do" attitude
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
