Job Description & Requirements

- Maintain confidentiality throughout the process of tender

- Review of tender documents and identify customer requirements

- Co-ordinate all inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submission and for cost preparation

- Preparation of technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents

- Identify third party / subcontract scope of services and get proposals from suitable vendors / subcontractors.

- Technical and commercial evaluation of third-party proposal and negotiation.

- Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Chemicals, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or instrumentation

- Process and Instrumentation technical knowledge

- Good knowledge of MS excel/words/Power Points

- Will be advantage to have Customer service handling experiences

- Knowledge in Microsoft office, Project, power point is compulsory

- Chemical or Engineering background prefer

- Good Problem-Solving skill and Well-Organized personality

- Good Time management Skills

- Leadership quality, strategic and Mature Thinking

- Team Player and Good in Team work
