- To provide maintenance support for large-scale fleet management operation system.
- Maintains Software, IT systems and onboard systems operations
- Troubleshooting and respond to incidents / faults for both system and application (including being on standby)
- Regular operation & maintenance activities and Testing and deployment (e.g. system checks, patching, updates etc.)
- Providing technical support for end users, including heading to site
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer information or equivalent.
- Investigate, maintenance of application.
- Troubleshooting skillset.
- Preferable with working experience in IT Systems and application support.
- On-The-Job training will be provided
- Able to work well in a team as well as independent
