Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial engineering from recognized universities and from the professional engineer's board is required.
- Proficient in project construction management.
- Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.
- Shall be well versed in different levels of government agencies and construction regulations.

- Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
- Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications and related information.
- Analysing costs and inputs of production
- Developing integrated production and manufacturing systems
- Conducting studies of new equipment and machinery and recommending efficient options
- Designing a firm's infrastructure and hardware layout
- Researching and presenting innovative solutions to production problems
- Increasing the efficiency of financial planning and cost analysis
- Developing systems for job performance analysis, payments, and delivery
- Enacting quality control procedures and monitoring employee schedules
- Expediting vendor information, equipment, deliveries and services.
- Implementing and maintaining an effective material management system.
- Maintaining purchasing records.
- Ensures that all procurement activities are performed in accordance with applicable project procedures. Issuing purchase orders, subcontracts and changes orders.

- Ensures that contractual obligations are fulfilled, as required.
- Regularly checks performance against project schedule and budget and keeps the Project Manager informed of deviations or potential deviations.
- Prepares and issues reports as required, including commitment reports and material status reports.

- Sourcing of subcontractors/vendors and expediting of the delivery of purchased products.
- Selection of subcontractors and vendors based on their quotations. In addition, to assist the procurement head in evaluation of subcontractor/vendor's quality system.
