Job Description
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial generators, electrical systems, and equipment to identify and resolve malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Provide technical solutions and cost estimates for materials and services beyond the contracted scope, including testing, installation, and commissioning.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of industrial generators, engines, and electrical systems to ensure proper functionality after repair or overhaul.
• Perform regular service, maintenance, and after-sales support for power solutions delivered and contracted with CLLS.
• Offer technical guidance and support to sales personnel and customers, including feedback on engine and generator performance.
• Assist service engineers in coordinating, scheduling, and planning service activities while ensuring accurate and timely service reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, including fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, preventive measures, and rectifications.

Requirements:
• Minimum Nitec in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial generators, electrical systems, and equipment to identify and resolve malfunctions or breakdowns.
