Job Description

• Prepare submission for level 4 (Baseline Programme) before the start of project.
• Preparing the submission for CMS & S-curve for Plan and Actual progress monitoring.
• Preparing monthly progress report
• Monitoring the daily, weekly, monthly and overall site progress, and reporting by updating in CMS & S-curve.
• Prepare daily report, 2 week look ahead schedule, 90 days look ahead schedule, and sectional schedule.
• Prepare histograms, tables, resources logs, and other project monitoring spreadsheets as needed, and Preparing Meeting Minutes for internal weekly meeting.
• Tracking the progress against baseline throughout the construction process, and closely coordinate with all relevant project stakeholders to catch up the schedule.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction Management or any relevant studies
• Planning and management of complex construction projects using Primavera P6 software,
• Experienced in construction sequence including site staging, utilisation planning, procurement and interface management,
