Responsibilities
- On-Site Installation & Calibration: Install, configure, and calibrate semiconductor robots at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues; perform repairs and part replacements as needed.
- In-House Bench Repair: Disassemble, repair, clean, and reassemble returned robot units, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robot systems, reporting findings and submitting technical service reports.
- Customer Support & Training: Provide technical support and basic training to customers on robot operations, ensuring smooth usage and performance.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams for advanced technical support and continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Possessing a Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
