Responsibilities
- Process Development & Optimization: Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and overall production efficiency in semiconductor fabrication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive continuous process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Data Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Analyze process data and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, ensure stability, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve process-related issues through root cause analysis to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all processes comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
