Job Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repair, and overhaul of both diesel and electric forklifts with precision and care.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Accurately troubleshoot issues with MHE, report findings, and recommend necessary repairs or part replacements to team leads and customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records for all serviced equipment, ensuring transparency and compliance with company standards.
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Class 3 Driving license will be preferred
- Candidate with relevant experience will have added advantage but not mandatory
