Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot semiconductor robots at customer sites (20-30% on-site support).
• Perform in-house diagnostics, disassembly, repair, cleaning, part replacement, reassembly, and functional testing of returned units (70-80% bench repair).
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and prepare technical service reports.
• Provide basic technical training and operational guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams at Japan HQ for escalated support and feedback for product improvement.

Requirements:

• Possess Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry will be an added advantage
• Entry level are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.
