Requirements:
- To liaise and inspect with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.
- Supervision & Inspection Piling, ERSS, Deep Excavation & precast work with approved dwg, specifications, rules & regulations.
- Carry out supervision and fully responsible for all structural works carried out according to approved drawings
- To monitor the progress of structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings.
- To check and monitor the Structural and Architectural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings, and method of statements
- To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works per the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.
- In Charge of RTO and their duties
- To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
- Registered RE with IES
- Minimum 5 years experience as Resident Engineer in precast high-rise residential building projects.
- Knowledgable with local authority's regulations and requirements (BCA)
